TOM is a direct result of confirmed direction
from the Holy Spirit to the SMMinistries to mentor the next generation leaders. TOM is short for Tent Of Meeting named by
God’s own man Moses from the Old Testament. It was a tent pitched far away from the camp where Israelites stayed.
The scripture says in Exodus 33: 11, “Thus the Lord used to speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. When Moses turned
again into the camp, his assistant Joshua the son of Nun, a young man, would not depart from the tent.” At TOM we teach these same principles.
To be still, soak & sustain in the presence of God Also as per the direction of the Holy Spirit no participant will be charged any fee, we consider
this as an opportunity to invest into the present generation leader. TOM is here to only equip these present generation leaders with the one essential
requirement that God seeks in His ministers - to be in His presence and seek His face, teaching leaders to peruse God.

The Nov TOM was conducted for a group of selected young leaders from Andhra, India.
The last few TOM's were conducted for young leaders from Bangalore, Chennai& Mumbai.
How TOM works?
Once the participants have been scanned and selected, we seclude ourselves ideally for 3 days from the everyday ties and soak ourselves in the
presence of God with intense prayers and deep worship. The place that we choose would be ideally a quiet resort far away from the main city.
At the same time, essential topics on God's leadership principles are taught in the most practical way, e.g. how to handle pressure, how
to manage Gods accounts, relationships etc.
Leadership of TOM?
TOM Director: Evng. Shyju Mathew, has been in the ministry for the last 16 years, travelling extensively
for the ministry in and out of India. He has been a key instrument in mentoring many church leaders.
GOD has also used him in igniting a strong passion for Jesus in various churches through this ministry.
Having started his ministry at a very young age, Shyju's ministry exposure is large and varied and
that adds as an advantage in serving people of all ages very effectively. he operates very strongly in
the gift of healing and prophesies. SMMinistries is a unit under Bethel A. G. Church in Bangalore.
Our ministry worship leaders will lead the TOMers into times of worship along with other worship
leaders who might join us from time to time.
Other than that guest speakers from different pillars of the Body of Christ as Apostles, Prophets etc will
join as God allows.
Requirements of TOM?
1) While in the Tent of Meeting we prefer no
use of mobile phones, the cells phones will be in a
switched off mode throughout all sessions.
2) Age limit below 30 yrs for TOM youth sessions
3) Must already be involved in Ministry.
4) TOM is a time for all to seek Gods, we do not
encourage any participant to minister at this time.
5) Should have an open and teachable spirit.
6) To stay away from distractions and discipline
self to spend long hours in prayer and worship.
7) Committed to attend all the 3 days.
